Navigating the world as an introverted woman can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety, depression, and people-pleasing tendencies take hold. I understand how hard it is to take that first step toward therapy. Choosing a therapist, sharing your story, and reopening old wounds can be daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone.

I specialize in working with women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and trapped in patterns of people-pleasing. My approach is centered around creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can open up at your own pace. I know that even the smallest tasks, like getting out of bed or brushing your teeth, can feel insurmountable when you’re struggling. That’s why I celebrate every small victory, because I know how much courage it takes to face each day.

My journey into mental health began with my own experiences of anxiety. I’ve been where you are, and I’ve felt the same loneliness and fear. It’s what drives me to help others find their way out of the darkness and into a life worth living.

As a military spouse and sister, I also have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by military families. The stress of separation, the anxiety of deployment, and the struggle to reintegrate into civilian life are all experiences I’ve lived through. I’m passionate about supporting both service members and their loved ones as they navigate these transitions, and I’m committed to helping lower the rate of suicide among Veterans.

In our sessions, we’ll work together to build a path forward, focusing on what matters most to you. Whether it’s managing daily anxiety, setting boundaries, or finding joy in the little things, I’m here to support you every step of the way. And while I’m serious about the work we do, I also believe in the power of laughter and connection. Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my family, playing board games, and dreaming of getting my husky/malamute mix trained as an emotional support animal.

Life is messy, and together we can find joy and purpose even in the midst of the chaos. My hope is to help you build a life that feels worth living, one step at a time.
