I am committed to helping you overcome challenges, improve your mental well-being, and achieve personal growth. I want to empower you and help to develop coping skills, build healthy relationships, and discover your inner strengths. Therapy can be scary and won’t always be easy, but I’m dedicated to helping you find your safe space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and concerns. You are the expert on your life and your story and I will be the “expert” on ways to help you reach your goals.
My goal as a counselor is to help support you so that you can thrive and live your most meaningful life. When things are hard, you turn to your friends and family for support to get through those challenging moments. I’m here to be another support pillar you can turn to for help. I want to help you navigate life's challenges, find your inner resilience, and lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Ohio. I received my master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Xavier University. I have worked with various clients from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds. I have experience working with adults seeking support for a wide variety of issues and concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, and ASD. I started using DBT from the beginning of my practice and resonate with its compassion and ability to meet individuals where they are. I hope that we can work together to create a life worth living!
