Hi there!  My name is Ashley, and I'm excited that you have made it this far.

My top priority in working with anyone is to create an honest, safe, authentic, open-minded and collaborative environment where I can meet each of my clients just as they are and help them to explore and discover what they want or need to have the most fulfilling life possible. Because every single human being is different and unique, my approach to working with you will be tailored based on your needs and desires.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) with clinical supervision designations for both in the state of Ohio. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Cincinnati.  The majority of my work in the mental health field has been with individuals over the age of 16 in a variety of settings, including outpatient and residential substance abuse treatment centers and mental health practices.  I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and identities, and a wide variety of concerns including substance abuse and addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and identity-related concerns.

At the end of the day, I believe that we are all human beings just trying to better navigate our own journeys throughout this wild thing called life.  I hope to be a part of yours sometime soon!
