Finding a therapist can be a scary and difficult process and involves many factors to consider. While the therapy process is not always easy, I can assure you that I will be there with you every step of the way to help you learn better management for your symptoms and cultivate more positive relationships and emotional experiences.

My goal as a clinician is to help meet you where you are at. I believe in having an honest and down-to-earth approach with clients in which I can authentically provide them with the right skills and resources to help manage their symptoms, whether this may include better management of stress, anger, or overall emotion regulation improvement.

I am currently a clinical psychology doctorate student at Wright State University. I have always had an interest in working with DBT and felt motivated to further pursue this as I began working with my current advisor who is a clinical psychologist who provides DBT services. I have a history of working in case management with individuals diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and severe mental illness. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and families on conflict management and emotion regulation strategies to help build more positive relationships. I primarily focus on utilizing DBT and CBT in addition to a client-centered, humanistic approach to help clients meet their goals at their own pace. I am excited to work with you to help you build a life worth living!
